2018-19 St. Patrick Catholic High School Dance Team information

Thank you for your interest in being a member of the 2018-2019 St. Patrick Catholic High School Irish Emeralds Dance Team! Dance Team Tryouts will be held Monday, April 16, from 3:05 until 5 p.m. in the SPCHS Gym.

The following three forms are due to the Athletic Office by 3 p.m. on April 9. (Students who have any issues with this deadline must reach out to Coach Burger ASAP at eburger@stpatrickhighschool.net).

1. Tryout Permission Form (completed and signed by student and parent/guardian)
2. Physical Examination
3. Teacher Reference Form (only for current 7th grade through Varsity and must be completed by all 7 teachers at SPCHS)

Students wishing to tryout for the dance team will be required to do the following:

• Complete and turn in the required forms by 3 p.m. on April 9, 2018.
• Attend both days of the clinics offered:
  • Wednesday, April 11 from 3:05 – 5 p.m. in the gym
  • Thursday, April 12 from 3:05 – 5 p.m. in the gym
