Burdine named Varsity Head Baseball Coach

St. Patrick Catholic High School is proud to announce that Kevin Burdine has been named the new head coach for the Fighting Irish Varsity Baseball team. Burdine has been at the assistant coach since 2021. 

“I think he will do an excellent job as our new head baseball coach,” Athletic Director Keith Robinson said. “He has decades of experience in coaching and will be able to share his talents with our players.”

Before coming to St. Patrick, Burdine retired from Biloxi Schools. During his time there, Burdine won more than 400 games as the assistant and head coach for Biloxi High, including six district championships. He was the head coach in state playoffs for 13 of 15 years. Burdine was also named MVP of the 1982 Shrimp Bowl.
