Instructions for Creating a FACTS Family Portal Account

The FACTS Family Portal is our private and secure online platform to access grades, attendance, behavior, financial information, medical information, and much more. The FACTS Family Portal may be accessed at

Parents may login to the FACTS Family Portal using the login credentials created when submitting your enrollment packet. If you do not remember your username or password, please click the “Forgot Username/Password” link to reset your login credentials.

Students may set up their own FACTS Family Portal account using their school email address and the instructions below. Parents may also set up individual accounts using the instructions below.

Listed below are the steps to set up a FACTS Family Portal account:


Visit and click Create New Family Portal Account.


Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent to you which includes a link to create your FACTS Family Portal login. The link is active for six hours. It may take a few minutes to receive the email. When you receive the email, select the Click to Create your Family Portal Login link.


A web browser displays your Name and FACTS Person ID. Type a Username, Password, and Confirm your password.


Click Save User Name and/or Password. A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated."


Log into the FACTS Family Portal using the User Name and Password that you created.

Your FACTS Family Portal account is only able to be created with the email address that we have on file. If you need to update your email address, please contact a member of our team.
