Fighting Irish Cross Country Team has strong performance at Biloxi Invitational

On Saturday, September 15, members of the Fighting Irish Cross Country Team competed in the Biloxi Invitational against 14 schools. The air was stifling and the conditions were difficult for the runners, with a course that was almost entirely pavement and with a majority of the route on a slight incline.

The varsity boys placed third overall with Cade Meyers, Dylan Middleton and Dominic Patino placing in the top 10. The varsity girls placed sixth overall with Jordan Pete, Isabel Leatherman and Amelie Million placing in the top 10.

Isabella Patino came in first place for Junior High Girls and Addison Fountain placed in the top 10. Bryon Sheppard came in first place for Junior High Boys and Luke Meyers placed in the top 10. Great job to all runners!
