First Junior Varsity Home Game

Monday night, the girls and boys Junior Varsity soccer teams competed in their first home game of the season against the Pass Christian Pirates. The girls played a hard fought game but unfortunately weren’t able to pull out the win. Keeper, Emily Miller, had some great saves and Braleigh Moak had some fantastic runs down the field! The girls lost 5-0 against the Pirates but plan to continue to work hard to get some wins soon!

On the other hand the Junior Varsity boys played a great game last night, and the score surely showed it. Clayton Stoddard scored on a corner kick with an assist from Mitchell Badurak, Mason McCullough had a goal, and Jonathan Galle had two goals to bring the final score to the Irish with 4 and the Pass Pirates with 0! “I thought the game went great and we definitely worked well together as a team”, said Jonathan Galle. The next JV games are this Saturday at Bay High.
