First Pep-Rally of the Year!

This Friday, St. Patrick hosted our first pep-rally of the year! Students eagerly awaited two thirty so they could be released from class to go to the gym. Our pep-rally began with prayer from Shannon Kirkpatrick who hosted the rally along with senior Brayden Fayard. It was a huge success! The students were really involved in their class cheering and even participated in the free dress day which was American themed. One student from every grade was chosen to participate in a hot dog eating contest and the juniors won. We are still waiting to hear who won the spirit stick for being the loudest cheering class. Many parents came out for the event. The band played our fight song so our cheer and dance teams could kickoff the year performing for us. We were introduced to our junior high and high school football teams and we came home with the win Friday night. Overall the pep-rally was a huge success and we hope to see you next Friday for another one!
