Flu Shots Available October 26th from 3 – 5 P.M.
Singing River Health System will be in St. Patrick Catholic High School’s cafeteria from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., October 26, to offer flu shots. If your insurance does not provide coverage, the flu shot is $20. Consent forms must be completed and presented with payment to receive the flu shot. Consent and insurance forms are located in the front office or can be downloaded through the links below.
