The Irish Cross Country team walked away with plenty of gold from the 4th annual Gulfport Invitational Meet held on September 8.

The varsity girls downed their competition with Katie Bodin, Emily Bodin, Kaylyn Bellais, Ashtyn Bellais, and Collin LeTard dominating the front field in securing five of the top nine spots. 

Varsity boys made great personal bests with Nick Chapman --9th; John McMackin--11th; and Todd Veale--20th.  All finished 3.1 miles in under 18 minutes.  They finished 7th out of 17 teams and fought off 200 runners.

We are also proud of the junior high.  Seventh grader Casey "Fergie" Ferguson won first place and both Kathleen McMackin and Blair Doyle were in the top ten.  Eighth grader Eric "Millionaire" Million won first place and Dylan Adderholdt finished fourth.
