Sarah Van Schaik had six hits in three games as the Lady Irish beat Forest in the first round of the state Slow pitch playoffs. The Lady Irish, (14-1), lost their first game of the season in game one 5-3. The ladies came back in game two winning 10-5, then nipped Forest 4-3 in the third game to win the series. The Lady Irish travel to Choctaw Central (near Philadelphia)  on Saturday to take on the Lady Warriors at 4pm in the best of 3 series.
