July 20 Update from Principal, Dr. Matt Buckley
Dear St. Patrick Families:
I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying these last few weeks of summer!
I just wanted to reach out to you today and share some exciting news with you – for the fourth year in a row, enrollment at St. Patrick has drastically increased.
We are well over 100% of our enrollment goal for this year, and as of today, we have increased enrollment more than 12% since May, and have increased more than 30% in the past four years. Thank you for spreading the good news about St. Patrick. We are excited to welcome our new students and families, and we look forward to having them as part of the Fighting Irish family.
I also wanted to let you know today that our team remains hard at work finalizing our plans for the 2020-21 school year. We will be sending out our full reopening plan to everyone on Monday, July 27.
We continue to prioritize the health and well-being of our students and staff. We will return to campus for in-person classes on Thursday, August 6; however, we will have increased safety, screening, and sanitation measures in place each day. I will share all of those details with you next Monday. We will also provide an option for families who prefer a virtual Catholic education experience.
As mentioned before, the situation remains very fluid, and we are equipped to make adjustments as the need arises. We appreciate your patience and support, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Although the beginning of this school year will look very different, know that it is extremely important to us to ensure we provide the highest quality Catholic educational experience of which we are known!
Again, we will have the full reopening plan to you on Monday, July 27. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need anything, please let us know.
Stay safe, God bless, and Go Irish!
All the best,
Dr. Matt Buckley
