Mr. Buckley introduces new faculty and staff for 2017-2018 school year
From Mr. Buckley, Principal:

I am excited to introduce and welcome the newest members of our faculty and staff. I am confident that they will be an excellent addition to our team, and I look forward to working alongside each of them.”
Mrs. Jean Benoit
Mrs. Benoit will be teaching art and government and economics for the 2017-2018 school year. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has taught for the past twenty-one years. She is moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast from Natchez and is married with three children. Benoit is also a member of Kiwanis and volunteers as a Key Club district administrator for Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.


Mrs. Dianna Collier
Mrs. Collier joins our team as the new executive assistant. She has more than twenty years of customer service and clerical experience. She moved to South Mississippi in 1996 from Central Missouri and is married with one son. Collier is an active volunteer for the Humane Society of South Mississippi and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She has graced our front office with her kindness since May, so you may have already seen her around.
Ms. Jamie Hebert
Ms. Hebert will be teaching algebra I and algebra II for the 2017-2018 school year. She will also be the junior high cheerleading coach. Hebert graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and chemistry. She was a Southern Miss cheerleader and a member of the university’s honor society. She is local to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and looks forward to joining the Fighting Irish family.


Mrs. Brandy Ibos
Mrs. Ibos is a Biloxi native and is our new Irish Emeralds Dance Team coach for the 2017-2018 school year. She has worked the last four years as a Saintsation for the New Orleans Saints. She currently works as the sales and marketing coordinator at After the Proposal Weddings and Events. Ibos is a graduate of St. Patrick and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is very excited to work with the Irish Emeralds.
Ms. Kaitlyn Norton
Ms. Norton will be teaching geometry and integrated math for the 2017-2018 school year. She is an alumna of St. Patrick Catholic High School. After graduating high school, Norton attended Mississippi State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biological engineering. She attended MSU as an eminent scholar, leadership scholar, and academic excellence scholar. She looks forward to returning to her alma mater to inspire the next generation in the STEM subjects and share her recent experiences.


Mr. Zach Villarrubia
Mr. Villarrubia will be teaching science and coaching tennis and varsity girls soccer for the 2017-2018 school year. He was born and raised in Biloxi, MS. After high school, Villarrubia attended Mississippi College where he played soccer and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He went on to obtain his master’s degree in applied exercise physiology from Mississippi College. He has worked as an instructor at Mississippi College and Holmes Community College. Villarrubia is a devout Catholic and looks forward to working with the students and athletes at St. Patrick mentoring and coaching within the framework of the Catholic Church.
