Mr. Creel’s students create stained glass artwork

Prayer is a path that leads to God; prayer is a “window” that reflects God’s light; prayer is a heart open to God’s love. Mr. Creel’s seventh graders are studying the different ways of praying and learning about God.

The church has always invested in the beauty and educational value of stained-glass windows. Before the printing press, stained glass creations were called “the poor people’s bible” and were used to teach the catechism.

Students are creating their own windows out of construction paper.
