Reagan Bridley MC ’06 Talks Banking with Accounting Students

BILOXI, Miss.- Mrs. Dellenger’s Accounting class got some tips on banking from a Mercy Cross alumni. Reagan Bridley MC ’06 from Citizens Bank discussed how banks work and operate.  He explained how banks protect your money and help your money grow. Reagan covered the  “5 C’s” of credit and discussed loans and interest rates and the importance of a good credit score.  

Bridley’s visit was part of the Mississippi Bankers Association “A Banker in Every Classroom” Week. For eleven years, the project has brought bankers and teachers together in local classrooms to educate over 150,000 students on matters of personal finance. The MBA provides age-appropriate materials on savings, credit, budgeting, careers in banking and other topics.
