Spanish and French travel to New Orleans
Saturday, our Spanish III and French III classes took a trip to New Orleans, Louisiana. They visited the New Orleans history museum and got to experience an abundance of Spanish and French culture in this busy city. They learned about how the Spanish and French cultures intertwined to bring you the neat diversity of New Orleans. The group ate lunch at Napoleons and afterwards had ice cream for dessert. They also got to interact with some amazing locals and see the ways of life of all of the outstanding individuals roaming the New Orleans streets. As always, we are so blessed to be able to experience things like this, and look forward to many more personal learning experiences in the future.
Isabell Alexander added, ““It was really amazing to see how prevalent Spanish culture is somewhere so close to us!”
