SPCHS announces 2018-19 Dance Team Coach Jessica Peters

Jessica Peters has been hired as the coach of the St. Patrick Catholic High School Dance Team, the Irish Emeralds.

Jessica Peters is looking forward to coaching the 2018-19 Emeralds Dance Team. She has been extensively trained in all dance genres. She is very familiar with dance team procedures as a member of her UDA national award-winning high school dance team. Peters also served as a captain on the college dance team at McNeese State University in Louisiana.

Peters has danced professionally in numerous shows in Las Vegas and throughout the Gulf Coast. She is the owner of Jess Dance Studio, where she is also the Artistic Director of three award-winning competitive teams. Peters and her husband, Greg Peters, have two children, Lexie and Cade Peters. They are members of St. James Catholic Church.

“We are very excited to have Mrs. Peters on board. Her knowledge and expertise of dance will propel the Irish Emeralds forward,” said SPCHS Athletic Director Eddie Burger.
