St. Patrick Hires Frey for Theology Department

St. Patrick Catholic High School announces the hiring of a new teacher for the theology department. Rebecca Frey will join the Irish faculty for the 2020-21 school year.

Frey graduated from Samford University and has been working as the Director of Faith Formation where she planned and executed catechetical programs for diverse groups. Frey and her husband, Darren were married this past May and both of the Ocean Springs’ natives are excited to return to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

“I am honored to join the faculty of St. Patrick where students and teachers alike are reminded of how faith can be integrated seamlessly into our daily lives,” said Frey.

Principal, Dr. Matt Buckley was excited to make the announcement.

“Please join me in welcoming Ms. Frey to St. Patrick.  The education and experience she brings to our theology department are most impressive.  I am excited to have her among our team of faculty for the 2020-21 school year, and I know she will make a positive difference in the lives of our students as she works to assist in their growth in holiness and discipleship,” said Dr. Buckley.
