St. Patrick Students Nominated for Swimmer of the Year

BILOXI, Miss.- Three St. Patrick students have been nominated for Swimmer of the Year by the Clarion Ledger. Matthew Gordon ’24, Natalie Gordon ’25 and Alaina Seal ’25 have all been nominated for swimmer of the year for the Mississippi High School Sports Awards. Seal, Gordon and Gordon are three of five from the coast who were nominated. All other nominees come from across the state.

The Mississippi High School Sports Awards to be held this spring. During the live show, all nominees will be honored, along with the top three finalists and the player of the year.

The Mississippi High School Sports Awards show is part of the USA TODAY High School Sports Awards, the largest high school sports recognition program in the country.
