St. Patrick students place at Mississippi Science Fair

Congratulations to several St. Patrick Catholic High School students for placing in the State Level Science and Engineering Fair, held at Jackson State University on April 5, 2018.

Natallie Noel placed first in Animal Sciences, Raven Gonsoulin placed third in Botany, and Amelie Million placed fourth in Biochemistry. Shannon Kirkpatrick will represent St. Patrick at the International Science Fair in Pittsburgh.

On winning first place in her category, Natallie Noel said, “I was so excited about placing first in the state science fair. It is a wonderful opportunity to show my hard work and enthusiasm in science. Testing the dog foods from a chemistry point of view helped me to better explain the importance of feeding your pet good food that is easily digestible. This is important so the pet stays healthy and lives a long time as an important member of the family.”

Great job to all!
