Student Council holds final meeting of the semester
St. Patrick Catholic High School Student Council had a regulatory meeting on Thursday, December 13. The meeting was at 7:30 a.m in Mrs. Hebert’s room with all members of Student Council.
This was the organization’s last meeting before Christmas. Many important topics were talked about such as the Red Kettle, MSASC, and more. Jamie Stanovich is Student Council president and leads all the meetings. The Red Kettle is held every year, and put out by the Salvation Army. St. Patrick Student Council has been taking and donations for the Red Kettle bucket located in the front office.
MSASC is in April at D’iberville High School and St. Patrick is the principal school. It is a great opportunity for St. Patrick to show off its leadership skills. Projects for next semester were talked about, such as Pennies for Patients, movie night, and more ideas. The members of Student Council also brought in money to get Mrs. Gatha a Christmas gift.
