Students, families and staff come together for Homecoming Mass
Mass was special for Homecoming 2018 at St. Patrick Catholic High School. Father Colten Symmes from Nativity BVM Parish celebrated the mass and he brought with him 2017 St. Patrick Alumni Christian Bacca, who is going into the seminary this year. Deacon Marcin Wiktor from Poland also helped celebrate the Mass. This Mass was in honor of the 2018 Homecoming Court and the week’s festivities.
It was an amazing day to have the Mass. Senior Isabell Alexander said, “This was nice to have the opportunity to get a break from Homecoming activities and come together in thanks with God.”
This Mass is a tradition that St. Patrick Catholic High School has held since its opening. The Mass is always the day before the big Homecoming game on campus. After Mass, the traditions continue with a classic luncheon, prepared by Dr. Buckley and cafeteria staff.
