
Varsity Basketball v. Scared Heart
On Friday night, December 15, the Fighting Irish varsity basketball teams faced off against Sacred Heart at home. Both teams fought long and hard to pull out two wins for the St. Patrick Fighting Irish.
The girls fought hard and won the game 46 to 23. Although the score was close in the beginning the Fighting Irish was able to pull ahead and win. Freshman, Emily Noltee, was the leading scorer of the game with 18 points. Senior, Mary Tubb, was right behind her with 8 points.
The boys fought hard and won the game 45 to 40, pulling out another win for the Fighting Irish. Seniors, Jacob Salminen and Tucker Santiago, were the top scores of the game. Salminen had 17 points and Santiago was right behind him with 11 points.
