Sunset on Cancer Run/Walk - October 3rd

Service hour opportunity for the Sunset on Cancer Run/Walk on Saturday, October 3rd. If you would like to volunteer, please reach out to Jody Stoddard at Jody.Stoddard@mysrhs.com.

What we are asking for from St. Patrick's Volunteers:

1. 3-slots for Set-up 12p-2p.

   1. For set-up, we will have tables, chairs, tents and signage that will need to be put together and in directed place.

2. 6-slots for Registration & Swag bags 1:30p-4p

   1. For registration and swag bags; we will have tables on the stage for registration: 2 students per table plus 1 runner.  The students will be instructed on checking in race participants; we also have swag bags for pre-registered runners.  The "runners" will get the swag bags handed off after participants have checked in. 

3. 4-slots for Parade route cheerleaders 3:30p-race completion

   1. Parade route cheerleaders - we will have students stationed on the bridge at the 5K turn-around point, bridge stairwell ensuring participants go all the way around, at the 1-mile turn-around, and at the water coolers at the end of the race.  

4. 4-slots  4p-6p Tear down crew

   1. Tear down crew - picking up and packing up all things (tables, chairs, tents, making sure grounds are clean and free of debris.)
