Instructions for Creating a Canvas Account
Canvas is our digital learning management system. Students submit assignments, access teacher lesson plans, download course documents, and more all through Canvas. Students login to Canvas with their school email account – Canvas may be accessed at stpatrickhighschool.net/canvas.
Parents who have created a FACTS Family Portal account automatically have a Canvas account. Your Canvas login username is the same as your FACTS Family Portal username.
If you have not created a FACTS Family Portal account yet and would like to, please click here for instructions. After you create your FACTS Family Portal account, it will take approximately 24 hours before your Canvas login will be active.
Listed below are the steps to set up a parent Canvas account:

STEP ONE
Visit stpatrickhighschool.net/canvas and click Parents Login Here.

STEP TWO
Click Forgot Password.

STEP THREE
Enter your Canvas Username and click Request Password. Your Canvas login is the same username that you created for your FACTS Family Portal. If you do not know your FACTS Family Portal username, please contact a member of our team.
STEP FOUR
You will receive an email with a link to set your password. Click this link, set your password, and return to stpatrickhighschool.net/canvas to login with your new password.
These instructions are for parent accounts only; students access Canvas using their school-issued email address and password.
